Effect:
LVL 1 -- Creates an electrical sphere that deals 45 damage per second for 4 seconds and keep enemies inside sphere. Those enemies, who are outside of sphere, if comes contact with sphere will be electrified. Which will make them visible on map for 8 seconds. In addition, enemies inside will lose 10 x Pulse Charge of mana as a total amount, during that period.
LVL 2 -- Creates an electrical sphere that deals 65 damage per second for 4 seconds and keep enemies inside sphere. Those enemies, who are outside of sphere, if comes contact with sphere will be electrified. Which will make them visible on map for 14 seconds. In addition, enemies will lose 12.5 x Pulse Charge of mana as a total amount, during that period.
LVL 3 -- Creates an electrical sphere that deals 75 damage per second for 4 seconds and keep enemies inside sphere. Those enemies, who are outside of sphere, if comes contact with sphere will be electrified. Which will make them visible on map for 20 seconds. In addition, enemies will lose 15 x Pulse Charge of mana as a total amount, during that period.

Calculations: Calculations below are made by maximum amount of Pulse Charges.
LVL 1 -- 4 x 45 = 180 total damage, 10 x 15 PC = 150 total amount of mana lost.
LVL 2 -- 4 x 65 = 260 total damage, 12.5 x 15 PC = 187.5 total amount of mana lost.
LVL 3 -- 4 x 75 = 300 total damage, 15 x 15 PC = 225 total amount of mana lost.
Note:
Don't forget that, from lvl 1, 150 mana will not be lost every second. Instead, for 4 seconds, enemies we lose mana partially each second, which will make them lose 150 total amount of mana at the end of 4 seconds.
On the other hand, enemies inside sphere can still move and cast spell, but cannot get out of sphere, until the time runs out. Those enemies who are out of sphere, cannot get inside only allies can.
