Hero Backstory:
Deep inside the secret cathedrals of the Legion there is a warrior hailed as a Goddess for her immunity to any attacks directed at her. Legend says she was born from the Planets themselves, and raised with the protection and the gift from the universe. Base Attack Type

As a Melee Intelligence caster, the Defender utilizes her skill set to deal continuous magical damage to her enemies. She can time her slows and stuns as a chasing tool, and an escaping tool. With items, she can pack a serious hit and she could push for high damage output just on her own basic attacks with the help of a few skills here and there.

* Starts off with 1 rank at level 1The Planetary Defender forms a natural barrier that does not increase her defense but negates all physical and magical damage up to a percentage of her total current health. Any attacks over the damage limit will shatter the barrier, with the Defender taking full damage. The shatter will also refract a percent of the damage and relocate it to a small area around the Defender, pushing them back and stunning them for a small period of time. The barrier will then regenerate slowly over 9 seconds.

Level 1: Negates all damage up to 21% of current health. Shattered Barrier will reflect 10% of the damage in a 180 radius, stun for 1 second and push enemy units away 60 range.
Level 2: Negates all damage up to 22% of current health. Shattered Barrier will reflect 20% of the damage in a 180 radius, stun for 1 second and push enemy units away 70 range.
Level 3: Negates all damage up to 23% of current health. Shattered Barrier will reflect 30% of the damage in a 180 radius, stun for 1 second and push enemy units away 80 range.
Level 4: Negates all damage up to 24% of current health. Shattered Barrier will reflect 40% of the damage in a 180 radius, stun for 1 second and push enemy units away 90 range.
Level 5: Negates all damage up to 25% of current health. Shattered Barrier will reflect 50% of the damage in a 180 radius, stun for 1 second and push enemy units away 100 range.

- Toggled skill, able to turn on and turn off at will.
- Negates bouncing damage, damage per second, area of effect damage, ultimates, etc... as long as the damage is within the negation limit.
- Refracting percentage of full damage to a small area of enemies around the Defender, not just the enemy who broke the barrier.
- Does not negate debuffs ( stun, slow, silence, etc... ).
- The barrier takes 1.8 seconds to completely form.
- During regeneration of the barrier, the skill will be inactive but mana will be not be depleted until the 9 seconds has passed.

Level 3: Spends 30% of max mana to instantly recharge her Psionic Barrier.
Level 4: Spends 27.5% of max mana to instantly recharge her Psionic Barrier.

- Instead of waiting the 9 seconds for Psionic Barrier to recharge, you can use Psycho Recharge to instantly shield yourself, gain charges for your spells, or use your ultimate.

The Planetary Defender uses her Psionic Barrier offensively, breaking it into waves and sending them piercing across a line of enemies, dealing damage and slowing enemies. If Psionic Barrier is inactive, Azure Edge doesn't have full use of its potential. After using Azure Edge, Psionic Barrier will shatter, and the barrier will then regenerate slowly over 9 seconds.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Level 1: Deals 20% of current mana + ( Intelligence x 1.2 ) as magical damage in a 700 range and slows movement speed by 10% for 2.5 seconds, damage is reduced by 10% for each unit hit beyond the first.
Level 2: Deals 25% of current mana + ( Intelligence x 1.3 ) as magical damage in a 700 range and slows movement speed by 15% for 2.5 seconds, damage is reduced by 10% for each unit hit beyond the first.
Level 3: Deals 30% of current mana + ( Intelligence x 1.4 ) as magical damage in a 700 range and slows movement speed by 20% for 2.5 seconds, damage is reduced by 10% for each unit hit beyond the first.

The Planetary Defender has 2 different ultimates, depending on whether her Psionic Barrier is active or not. If it is, she completely shatters her Psionic Barrier, sending the shards as high speed projectiles that seek out enemies. If Psionic Barrier is inactive, the Defender instead channels a black hole to crush her enemies on the battlefield.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

GRAVITY WELL - The Defender spends a percentage of her max mana to channel a black hole on the battlefield, dealing magical damage per second, silencing, slowing and crushing any enemies unfortunate enough to be caught in the well.
Level 1: Deals ( Intelligence ) magical damage per second up to a cap of ( 35% of max mana ) damage, silences and slows by 5% per second for 6 seconds in a 500 AoE. Deals an extra ( Intelligence x 1.5 ) magical damage in the area after channeling.
Level 2: Deals ( Intelligence ) magical damage per second up to a cap of ( 42% of max mana ) damage, silences and slows by 6% per second for 6 seconds in a 500 AoE. Deals an extra ( Intelligence x 1.75 ) magical damage in the area after channeling.
Level 3: Deals ( Intelligence ) magical damage per second up to a cap of ( 50% of max mana ) damage, silences and slows by 7% per second for 6 seconds in a 500 AoE. Deals an extra ( Intelligence x 2 ) magical damage in the area after channeling.

- The channel can be interrupted with a stun.
- Enemies are only silenced in the gravity well, if they escape they are free from the silence.

SHOCK WAVE ASSAULT - The Defender spends a percentage of her max mana to shatter her own barrier immediately and sends all the shards flying towards enemies, during this time Psionic Barrier is inactive.
Level 1: Releases 20 shards over 6 seconds, dealing damage up to 35% of max mana + ( Intelligence x 1.5 ), the shards seek out enemy units in a 600 range.
Level 2: Releases 25 shards over 6 seconds, dealing damage up to 42% of max mana + ( Intelligence x 1.75 ), the shards seek out enemy units in a 600 range.
Level 3: Releases 30 shards over 6 seconds, dealing damage up to 50% of max mana + ( Intelligence x 2 ), the shards seek out enemy units in a 600 range.
Mana Cost: 35 / 42 / 50% of max mana
Cool Down: 80 seconds
- The Planetary Defender can move around, attack and use other spells with Shock Wave Assault in use.
- The barrier becomes inactive after this spell until the barrier regenerates over a period of 8 seconds.
- Enemy heroes are the priority target, if no heroes are nearby, the shards will seek out enemy creep units, neutral units, and buildings.
- Each shard does a small percentage of the overall magical damage.
- Shock Wave Assault act as Artesia's Arcane Bolts, but seek out all enemies instead of just heroes.
