The Planetary Defender has 2 different ultimates, depending on whether her Psionic Barrier is active or not. If it is, she completely shatters her Psionic Barrier, sending the shards as high speed projectiles that seek out enemies. If Psionic Barrier is inactive, the Defender instead channels a black hole to crush her enemies on the battlefield.

Psionic Barrier Deactivated
GRAVITY WELL - The Defender spends a percentage of her max mana to channel a black hole on the battlefield, dealing magical damage per second, silencing, slowing and crushing any enemies unfortunate enough to be caught in the well.
Level 1: Deals ( Intelligence ) magical damage per second up to a cap of ( 35% of max mana ) damage, silences and slows by 5% per second for 6 seconds in a 500 AoE. Deals an extra ( Intelligence x 1.5 ) magical damage in the area after channeling.
Level 2: Deals ( Intelligence ) magical damage per second up to a cap of ( 42% of max mana ) damage, silences and slows by 6% per second for 6 seconds in a 500 AoE. Deals an extra ( Intelligence x 1.75 ) magical damage in the area after channeling.
Level 3: Deals ( Intelligence ) magical damage per second up to a cap of ( 50% of max mana ) damage, silences and slows by 7% per second for 6 seconds in a 500 AoE. Deals an extra ( Intelligence x 2 ) magical damage in the area after channeling.
Mana Cost: 35 / 42 / 50% of max mana
Cool Down: 80 seconds
- The channel can be interrupted with a stun.
- Enemies are only silenced in the gravity well, if they escape they are free from the silence.

Psionic Barrier Activated
SHOCK WAVE ASSAULT - The Defender spends a percentage of her max mana to shatter her own barrier immediately and sends all the shards flying towards enemies, during this time Psionic Barrier is inactive.
Level 1: Releases 20 shards over 6 seconds, dealing damage up to 35% of max mana + ( Intelligence x 1.5 ), the shards seek out enemy units in a 600 range.
Level 2: Releases 25 shards over 6 seconds, dealing damage up to 42% of max mana + ( Intelligence x 1.75 ), the shards seek out enemy units in a 600 range.
Level 3: Releases 30 shards over 6 seconds, dealing damage up to 50% of max mana + ( Intelligence x 2 ), the shards seek out enemy units in a 600 range.
Mana Cost: 35 / 42 / 50% of max mana
Cool Down: 80 seconds
- The Planetary Defender can move around, attack and use other spells with Shock Wave Assault in use.
- The barrier becomes inactive after this spell until the barrier regenerates over a period of 8 seconds.
- Enemy heroes are the priority target, if no heroes are nearby, the shards will seek out enemy creep units, neutral units, and buildings.
- Each shard does a small percentage of the overall magical damage.
- Shock Wave Assault act as Artesia's Arcane Bolts, but seek out all enemies instead of just heroes.
