adept NINJUTSU, Hattori Masanari gerreiro is a quiet and precise, using weapons shinobi and knowledge of pressure points to attack your enemies with great precision and speed.

attacks using a ninja sword, known as Ninja To, were adapted to their techniques. The Ninja To possessed the straight blade and smaller than a katana (samurai sword), allowing greater use on the body, a concealment and transportation easier.

basically, it's a hero late game, dependent on items with low health and mana, but with potential to ganks, although early in the game should focus on surviving, game play is similar to Chronos.

Showing his great speed and agility with the sword, Hattori Masanari crosses a short distance and hits all enemies in its path with such precision and speed that the affected by this technique only realize the damage after 1 seconds.

Activation:
Charges toward target location, dealing one attack to each enemy that passes within radius of self, causing physical damage to 1 seconds after the motion is end and add 1 charge of Hougeki to all affected by this ability.

NOTES:
Iis similar to the skill Charging Strikes Dark Lady, but the damage happens one second after the movement ends, the distance traveled is a little smaller, the cooldown is longer, and can Crossing trees and other obstacles. can be used offensive or defensively, as a hero with low health and mana, so you can probably use once in battle, or to begin, or end, or to escape.

Allows Hatorri invisible for a period of time, leaving behind a duplicate of himself to confuse the enemy. Gives 10% bonus to speed on all levels. The image lasts 15 seconds and invisibility and speed bonuses last for 7 seconds. This copy is nothing more than a tree trunk painted with a special ink. That upon Receiving the 1st damage and is destroyed Applies Glossy Paint! to your attacker is 7 seconds and all heroes enemies units in a radius of 300 units for 4 seconds.

NOTES:
Skilll is the coolest of the hero. it creates a copy that can move and attack, but not cause damage (not applicable Hougeki) and take the 1st hit and destroyed (animation of a trunk fell on the floor) and do your attacker (spell or attack) and the enemy heroes near the copy are painted and becomes visible for all of your team. ie, their primary skill of escape, and can be used also to give the vision during the time that you need to cast Taren Ken Kyaku (Ultimate).

Ability 3 Notes:
Each attack or ability that uses Hattori Masanari is aimed at a vital point from their opponents, weakening them and increasing the chances of the next attack by Hattori Masanari hurt him permanently.

Activation:
On any spell or attack damage done, applies Hougeki! to the target for 3 seconds.

Hougeki! Effects / max 6 charges:
-0.25 / 0.5 / 0.75 / 1 of armor per charge
5 / 6 / 7 / 8% chance that the next attack by Hattori Masanari be critical (2x damage) per charge.

NOTE:
is quite simple, every time an attack or spell damage an enemy, he gets a charge of Hougeki. each charge increases the chance of Hattori Masanari do critical damage only in those who have charge, and removes one point of armor per charge, accumulating a maximum of 6 charges. ie at level 4 this skill, after taking six hits, the target will have the maximum of six charges of Hougeki and will have -6 armor and Hokuto Masanari will have 42% chance to cause critical damage on target. To balence this skill it must contain Attacks Modifiers, to prevent abuse of damage with item the Shield Breaker.

Keep their weapons and enter a state of meditation, focusing their Ki, and runs to his enemy with such speed that seems to be teleported, and attack with six hits in taijutsu pressure points, disabling her oponete for 3 seconds.

Activation:
Applies taijutsu to target for the duration of the channel. Deals two attack every second over the duration, for a total of 6 attacks (3 seconds duration).
Each attack deals +5 / 15 / 25% base damage.

to understand better, is similar to Face Smash (ultimate) of Pandamonium, but with some differences:

as also happens in the Face Smash, Taijutsu ignores bonus damage of equipment, but apply effects of attacks modifiers itens as well as add one of Hougeki counter with each hit because it is physical damage. If the enemy comes into the fog, teleport, or move to more than 1200 units away, the skill is canceled, and enter into cooldown.

IMPORTANT:
obviously the mana cost, cooldown, damage of the all skill should be modified by S2 Games to balance the hero, but the idea is that there has been submitted. Look at the extra picture, to understand better the skills.

Cool stuff. Only one thing, 3rd skill should probably be an attack modifier, it'd totally be ridiculous with an armor breaker. Or Frostwolf O_o.

aww oh no another ninja pwnage hero! :D but this one is interesting.. Really like the abilities even tho I havn't watched Naruto :) nice art, well described of the abilities! :P

The Artwork is amazing and harmonizes pretty good with each other. But you should probably think about some innovative skills. This looks too much like the typical 08/15 carry.
