Hero Backstory:
An expert archer cursed as a child with the ability to enter the nether realm.
The legion recruited him as an assasin to help in the war against the Hellbourne, He remains nameless for unknown reasons.
Always dressed in a hooded cloak and always has black clouds around his feet.

The Shadow Archer shoots arrows enbedded with a dark mist. If the arrow hits an enemy there will be a lingering mist effect over the enemy for 1 second (no other effect)

With the ability to enter the nether realm grants her an amazing ability to gank and deal damage very quickly.
And like any agility hero, if farmed deals major dps and therefore becomes a lategame carry.

Target an enemy foe with a single Arrow from the other realm dealing bonus damage and hindering them from useing magic and slowing the target for 2/2.5/3/4 seconds

Level 1: Dealing 50 Bonus Damage slowing the target ms by 90% for 2 Seconds while silenced for 1 Seconds
Level 2: Dealing 85 Bonus Damage slowing the target ms by 75% for 2.5 Seconds while silences for 1.2 Seconds
Level 3: Dealing 135 Bonus Damage slowing the target ms by 60% for 3 Seconds while silences for 1.5 Seconds
Level 4: Dealing 175 Bonus Damage Slowing the target ms by 45% for 4 Seconds while silences for 2 Seconds


-------------Explanation--------------------
I have had ALOT of feedback on previous versions to do with having 2 Slowing moves....
ABILITY 1 is designed as a stun, this hero has no stunning abilitys, but in its place is THIS spell, Essentially its a 4 second stun. but as duration increases slow decreases so that its balanced.

The assasin temporarly enters the shadow realm and launches a barrage of arrows which enter the living realm, upon striking the enemy, they are slowed and their souls get torn between 2 realms for a short time slowing their movement.
While in Nether realm you cannot be targeted nor seen, but take 1.5 seconds to reappear in the living realm upon casting, can ONLY move in the shadow realm in that 1.5 seconds.

Invisible For 1.5 Second At All Level
Level 1: The Arrows Launched Deal 20 Dps for 4 Seconds , Slowing the target 5% for the same Duration.
Level 2: The Arrows Launched Deal 35 Dps for 4 Seconds , Slowing the target 9% for the same Duration.
Level 3: The Arrows Launched Deal 45 Dps for 4 Seconds , Slowing the target 12% for the same Duration.
Level 4: The Arrows Launched Deal 60 Dps for 4 Seconds , Slowing the target 15% for the same Duration.

-------------Explanation--------------------
In regards to ABILITY1 and ABILITY2..
I have explained in ability 1 what it is, ABILITY2 is designed as a dps slow.. in regards to balance the slow % is VERY low in comparison to other slows for a reason, it is AoE and its just slow enough to make the chase exciting.


Alternative effect : - Name - Skill 2.5 (for comment purposes)
Wherever you choose to cast, you enter nether realm and instantly teleport to the sharp end of the vector shape to launch your arrows, but take 1.5 seconds to channel back into the living realm (thus not being able to move)

The Shadow Archer quickly enters into the Nether Realm for a splits second to avoid any incoming attacks while chasing or retreating.

Level 1: Grants 7% Evaision while moving.
Level 2: Grants 14% Evaision while moving.
Level 3: Grants 18% Evaision while moving.
Level 4: Grants 22% Evaision while moving.

The ability to enter the nether realm being invisible to all including allies, while in the nether realm has the ability to teleport anywhere on the map instantly with no cooldown, upon attacking your arrow becomes enchanted with dark power as you reappear in the living realm, giving you extra damage and the ability for your arrow to pierce the target chest/back and pin 2 targets together, if arrow does not hit 2 targets it cripples the target slowling its movespeed. and losing blood per second.
You will remain in the Nether realm for a total of 8 seconds if you do not attack.

-Cast Effect- The assasin bows head down to channel into the Nether Realm.

Level 1: Shadow Archer takes 4 Seconds to channel into the Nether Realm, Granting the ability to teleport anywhere on the map unlimited times. Upon attacking the Enchanted arrow drives straight through the target and deals 150 Bonus Physical Damage and causes the target to bleed out 30 Magic Dps for 2 seconds also maiming for the same duration slowing 15% movespeed.

Level 2: Shadow Archer takes 3 Seconds to channel into the Nether Realm, Granting the ability to teleport anywhere on the map unlimited times. Upon attacking the Enchanted arrow drives straight through the target and deals 220 Bonus Physical Damage and causes the target to bleed out 40 Magic Dps for 3 seconds also maiming for the same duration slowing 25% movespeed.

Level 3:Shadow Archer takes 2.5 Seconds to channel into the Nether Realm, Granting the ability to teleport anywhere on the map unlimited times. Upon attacking the Enchanted arrow drives straight through the target and deals 350 Bonus Physical Damage and causes the target to bleed out 50 Magic Dps for 4 seconds also maiming for the same duration slowing 35% movespeed.


-------- Pinned Effects ------------

If an enemy hero or unit is within 150 units infront or behind the target selected, the Enchanted Arrow Peirces both targets, Dealing all the Effects Above Minus 20% Bonus damage, but also under this effect, both units must move in the same direction to move or else they will tug on eachother. (see Example Below)

Level 1: Pinned Effect lasts 2 Seconds
Level 2: Pinned Effect lasts 2 Seconds
Level 3: Pinned Effect lasts 2 Seconds



Example - If 2 heros are running in seperate directions they wont be able run away from eachother, if 1 hero is on hold position the unit moving will drag the second hero, but the second hero will be stunned/disabled.

I have had alot of feedback about this ability, i have tried to balance slightly. but essentially its a model. can vary no matter what, doesnt have to stay the same numbers, numbers are numbers, but would like feedback on the ability ITSELF, not the numbers.

Okay, the one thing that I would change on this hero is her 3rd ability. You are in a constant movement from what I see from the other abilities. Your 3rd ability + Wingbow leads us to 40% Evasion and that is a bit too high, another thing is that an Arachna or a Savage Mace will nullify that effect rendering it useless.
Another thing is that I think that teleporting anywhere on the map for unlimited times is a little bit too much. In my opinion is should have a range a bit wider than the Portal Key with less channeling time.
