Hero Backstory:
For centuries the Shark King has lived in the dark parts of the hellborn sea's as a king and ruler of the oceans.
Kraken once his right hand, betraid him and claimed the throne to his own.
After a long and unfair fight the Shark King lost. and was forbidden to ever set foot in his own hellborn sea's again. he had no place to go now, so he joined the legion they where once his sworn enemy, bud now his ally, he help them fight against the hellborn for his own purpose, to claim back what belongs to him and to revenge the one that stole his throne.

The Shark King summons a misty pool full of sharks around him self.
(a light white mist close to the ground surrounds the Shark King, then little sharks in the pool will act like the defiler's ulti ,spirits, the small sharks moving randomly to a enemy. pool will only move 350 range with the shark king, after the 350 range it will stay at place.)
any enemy trapped in it receives damage over time and has slowed movement speed.
Shark King loses his Atk speed and run speed gain as soon as he is out of the pool.

It's good i can tell its changed and like dakrul said it has good potential but some of the spells are just too unoriginal and some need a bit of tweaking.

First off, I Beverly dislike the concept behind the hero, looks/artistic wise. That being said its my personal preference and holds no sway on Judging :P

Skill One I quite like its a nice mishmash of effects, the damage seems a little high but that's what tweaking is for. Has a lot of effects, and kinda akin to Predators Leap, just better. Granted the really poor slow kinda evens things out but meh. T-Up

Skill 2 is a simple self buff, It does one effect to many. Maybe try re-balancing it and dropping a effect, if it was me I'd remove the armor and boost the damage return a decent amount and boost the hp Regen considerably. Or have it Regen a percentage of damage inflicted while Tough Scales is active. Not sure what to rate it so I won't.

Skill3 I like, a nice simple Map awareness skill. The range's seem a little much but numbers can be changed. Along with the on-board invis protection I think it wraps it up quite nicely.

Skill 4 I intensely dislike, it feels way too much like a throw together of Krakens ult(generally) and defilers ult. T-Down for this skill.

Overall I think with more tweeks and changes this hero has potential, and I wouldn't mind seeing him in game... just not as a shark :P

Shark Bite: The spell works well with the hero, but it just seems like a slightly buffed predator's venomous leap. I say decide on what you want the spell to do (DoT, slow, damage...) and just pick 1 or 2 things for the skill to focus on instead of making it do EVERYTHING.

Tough Scales: Once again this seems like another predator-esque spell. The +regen on it seems unnecessary considering the duration, so if you wanted that to be relevant I would suggest making the regen almost 50% higher to make sure it has some effect during the short time its active.

Shark Sense: I really really like the idea behind this spell, the ability to 'ping' to look for surrounding enemies. The only changes I would suggest would be to lower the cooldown and manacost slightly and lower the range at which you can reveal stealth units. There isn't any reason why you should be able to reveal stealth units from that far away.

Shark Pool: Like it, haha, nothing to change here really

T-up, cool design but it might need a touch more of originality

So much concept art, and so many shark kings! His Shark sense ability seems to be pretty stupid as we already have enough counters to invis heroes. No need to make them even weaker!
