Hero Backstory:
For centuries the Shark King has lived in the dark parts of the hellborn sea's as a king and ruler of the oceans.
Kraken once his right hand, betraid him and claimed the throne to his own.
After a long and unfair fight the Shark King lost. and was forbidden to ever set foot in his own hellborn sea's again. he had no place to go now, so he joined the legion they where once his sworn enemy, bud now his ally, he help them fight against the hellborn for his own purpose, to claim back what belongs to him and to revenge the one that stole his throne.

The Shark King summons a misty pool full of sharks around him self.
(a light white mist close to the ground surrounds the Shark King, then little sharks in the pool will act like the defiler's ulti ,spirits, the small sharks moving randomly to a enemy. pool will only move 300 range with the shark king, after the 300 range it will stay at place.)
any enemy trapped in it receives damage over time and has slowed movement speed.
Shark King loses his Atk speed and run speed gain as soon as he is out of the pool.

I completely agree with headshotina there... The second skill to put it into perspective costs 100 mana for 60 hp through regen... And KotF's armor/regen skill costs 40 mana, gives 12 armor, lasts for 40 seconds, and can be applied to allies and buildings... Giving KotF an aggregate heal of 160 hp for less than half your manacost... I'd almost suggest reducing the effects and making it a passive... However everything else seems fine and works toward a good mix of skills. You have a t-up from me!

Pretty solid ganker you got here. The 1st skill seems good, nothing op about it. The 2nd skill, however, is really up. If you want to keep the bonuses as they are, you should probably reduce the cooldown to about 9-10 seconds. Or you could reduce the bonuses and make it a passive. The 3rd skill is a really cool gank/anti-gank scouting tool, I only think you should reduce the cooldown to about 40 seconds at lvl 4, and the duration to about 4 seconds. The ulti also ain't op, pretty solid skill, so it's a t-up overall. And very cool concept art too >.<

Looks pretty sweet, been thinking about that radar ability myself;)
1st skill: could make it a set amount of dmg instead of +base damage if you want him to be a true ganker(not to item-reliable).
2nd: instead of boosting the stats like below, you could give him some retaliation damage, say like a set amount of damage taken is reduced and then given back to the attacker.
3rd: Kewl
Ult:(only a suggestion, still like urs aswell) Would be awsome if you spawned like a pool with 3 sharks in it, attacking random enemies in the pool for like 75/100/125 physical damage every 2/1.5/1 sec. Might wanna reduce the slow then. This would make him a super awsome midding character.

try to see the Ability 2 abit more powerfull like this.
