Hero Backstory:
The combined worries of children sleeping in a dark room and wives waiting for their husband's return nearly add up to the woes caused by the Harlequin. Like a dancing clown, it merrily romps through the battlefield, spinning and hopping through crowds of troops while cutting them with its blade. A demon of speed and confusion, its name evokes a sense of glee, but beneath it hides a much more chaotic and sinister existence. Base Attack Type
Melee
Base Attack Notes:
Extremely fast base attack animation, but moderate attack speed. The Harlequin's attack will be ideal for laning with high damage, but will not be able to make use of modifiers like Riftshards or Thunderclaw without additional item-based attack speed. Last-hitting ability will be heavily boosted by the Lunatic Blade passive, which grants the Harlequin extra damage against non-retaliating enemies. Primary Role
Semi-carry
Secondary Role
Ganker
Role Notes:
The Harlequin is a tricky, elusive fighter that depends on not being hit to deal damage. A beast at 1v1, great for chasing, and relevant even in nuke-heavy teamfights, she depends on three passive abilities to carry her throughout a battle. Nevertheless, you will see that she requires an extremely active and attentive player to utilize to full potential.
Carousel: An AoE CC with low cooldown, grants invulnerability during cast. Harlequin's only active.
Hop: Passively triggered movement buff, stuns enemies if you hop over them.
Lunatic Blade: Bonus damage and cooldown reduction if attacking enemies that do not retaliate.
Masquerade: Creates images on enemies affected by Carousel and Hop.

Nome (i think) doesnt publish his heroes because, well, look at all of his heroes, they are amazing, + hes a GM and its kinda unfair releasing a GMs creation power against the public
