Hero Backstory:
Wisp is a shadow from beyond. In order to interact with the world, it used the power of Sol and made it self a Golem out of rocks. Base Attack Type

Role Notes:
Wisp role is that of a Initiator who not necessarily relies on the use of items but rather the use of enemies items. With skills like Manevuer you'd be able to jump the enemy carry and active Shruken Head before the teamfight or force the enemy team to waste a stun/cc ability on one of their own.
While in Manevuer you'd be able to active Flash of Sol, since you're manevuering an enemy unit, friendly heroes and unit will be forced to attack the manevuered target, combined with Flash of Sol you'd be able to port heroes towards your own units or out of position.
Sols Blast is the only damage dealing skill but has a lot of utility if spec'd wiith Domiance.
Wisp has very low strength gain and low magic armor.
Wisp may be resistant to physical damage but is highly vunerble to magic attacks.

Blast out the power of Sol in a radius around Wisp. Dealing Physical Damage and a Movement Speed Slow.Mana Cost: 175 / 175 / 200 / 225
Radius: 250 / 300 / 350 / 450.
Physical Damage 75 / 125 / 160 / 225.
Cooldown: 13 seconds.
Movement Speed Slow 20 - 80 %
Upon use: uses all charges on Domiance
Movement Speed depends on how many charges you have on domiance.
*If Domiance is level 3 or 4 the slow is swaped with a stun at full charges.
1 second stun if Domiance is level 3 and 1.5 second stun if Domiance is level 4.
**If Wisp is using Maneuver the maneuvered target won't get hit by Sols Blast.
***Sols Blast breaks Wisp bond if used while maneuvering a target.

Action: Target - Enemy units.Wisp releases his bond on Golem and takes control over the new target. While in control of the new target Wisp anger gives the target a Movement Speed Buff.
Maneuver last for 2 seconds.
Movement Speed Buff: +5/10/15/20 Movement Speed.
Range: 200 / 300 / 400 / 425
Mana Cost: 125 / 150 / 200 / 225
Cooldown: 15 seconds.
While in control of a new target, Wisp gains control over the targets items.
The bond between Wisp and the new target is broken if the target travles more than 800 units, or
the target changes state. E.g. gets stunned, silenced etc.
Use of items breaks bond.
After the bond is broken, Wisp remakes his bond and assembles Golem at the position Golem was left.
While the bond is broken Golem is untargetable. (Disassembled).
*Wisp itself is invurnable while Maneuvering.

Enter a 0.5 / 1 / 1.5 second immobilized state. The first enemy attack or spell cast that impacts you will be nullified. Upon impact teleports you too attacking unit within 1000 range, if attacking unit is out of range, the attack will be nullified. If Wisp is in Maneuver the target is ported and not Golem.Cooldown: 120 / 100 / 75 seconds
Mana Cost: 250 / 300 / 350.
