Hero Backstory:
It was 1898, war was beginning. Negro Handler sent his legion of 1,000 Negroes (equal to roughly 333 humans) to kill all of the Yankee scum. Then a magical vortex opened cause of voodoo magic or some shit and BOOM he's in newerth fighting demons and shit. Base Attack Type

Shoots his whip out and deals damage to all enemies in the way, with bonus damage and stun being dealt with the very tip of the whip. All negroes in the radius of the vector get back to work and gain max movement speed and have their damage increased to normal.

Every time the Negro Handler kills a creep he gains one negro. Negroes are very fast and strong but are lazy, the longer they are alive the less damage they do and the slower they move, reducing by 1% every 2 seconds. If a creep is killed when the maximum number of negroes are already controlled the oldest one is replaced.

Sacrifices all negroes under Negro Handler's control, dealing bonus damage and immobilize to target enemy hero based on how many negroes are sacrificed.
