Hero Backstory:
Skavenjaar - A nordic dwarf-like explorer who once explored many unknown places and climbed through the mountains of Newerth. He was not only tough and strong, he also had a great mind. His endless posetive thinking was his lifesource when he was in his worst condition. But when he one day arrived at Newerth, and found out about the unpeaceful war, things started to change. He started to become more destructive. At his first days on Newerth he tried to stay kinda neutral, but when getting denied by two members of the Legion, Flint and the Blacksmith, who distinguished themselves as "The only real dwarfs of Newerth", Skavenjaar felt unwelcomed and discriminated.Skavenjaar will take place in the Hellbourne and fight for justice and his race.
He is an intelligence melee ganker with a potential of carrying his team to victory.

Sends out a shockwave at the way you're facing, dealing 240 magical damage and stuns for 1 second. Affected targets also suffer a debuff that increases the magical damage taken from any sources of magic that Skavendaar deals by 20%, this effect has 2 charges and lasts 5 seconds.
Thunderstorm has no cast time and should have around 400 range. This spell is great for both engaging, quickly cancelling enemies channeling stuff, like devourer ult, or just hunting down escaping enemies.

Skavenjaar throws out his Ice Axe (550 range) at the target, holding the target in place (immobolizing) for 2.5 seconds, also granting Skavenjaar bonus 200 movement speed while running towards the immobolized target. This spell also grants Skavenjaar a buff that increases the damage of his next 2 attacks by 120 + 20% bonus attack damage. Right click on this ability to toggle that the bonus damage is magical insted of physical.
The 2 attacks also trigger a cyclone around you that deals damage equal to 60% of the primary amount of damage, in a 150 radius around you. The primary target is unaffected by this AoE damage.
The buff that you get from casting this spell lasts 5 or your 2 next attacks,
with the spell itself having 7 second cooldown at max rank.

The cold climate that Skavenjaar is used have hardened his skin, giving him abit defense. Passively increases Skavenjaar's armor by 1/2/3/4.
When Skavenjaar takes damage equal to more than 10% of his health, the damage from that assault is reduced by 30/45/60/75% .
This effect has 12 seconds cooldown.

Summon a snowstorm at your location with a 450 radius, quickly dealing 200/325/450 superior magic damage over 2 seconds, leaving the area covered in Snow for 12 seconds, slowing affected units by 20% while increasing his own movement speed by 6/9/12% (on snow). Affected enemy units also leave a trail/path of Snow for 8 seconds, the debuff is refreshed if enemy targets walk over the initial snow again.
Skavenjaar may walk over the trail/path of snow that affected units leave after themselves, leaving escape mechanisms like Valkyrie's leap over cliffs useless, since Skavenjaar will easily follow him up.
