Ether Birds

Target an enemy unit to project an angel from yourself into their body, causing a 15%/20%/25%/30% slow when hit, and fades over 3 seconds. Or you can press this skill again while the angel is present to release it's divine energy in a 250 radius, dealing 60/120/180/240 magic damage.
