Static Bolt
With all the static electricity generated by his running, Arion is able to unleash it at a targeted enemy up to 600 yards away, dealing 50/100/150/200 magic damage and slowing the target by a tapering 20/25/35/40% for 4 seconds. costs 85/90/95/100 mana
Speed of the Wind
As Arion attacks his enemies, he gains the speed of the wind to help his crush his foes. When attacking enemies, each hit gains one stack. a stack gives 1.5/3/4.5/6 attack speed, lasts for up to 3 seconds and is refreshes on every strike. Using other abilities cancels the stacks.
Wind Rush
Arion rushes to a target destination, up to 600 yards away, pushing surrouding winds with him. a line of wind 200 yards long appears each side of him as he runs to the destination. any enemy hit by either arion or the lines of wind are buffeted 100 yards backwards and recieve 250/350/450 magic damage. each enemy hit by this grants Arion 5/8/11% movement speed and 5/10/15 attack speed, lasting for 8 seconds. mana cost is 175/250/300
