All enemy projectiles, friendly creeps, neutral creeps, and enemy units as well as their actions (abilities, cast times, attack speeds) are slowed by 50/63/75%. In addition, enemy units and allied creeps caught in the warp field take 25/38/50% less damage. Enemy heroes caught in the warp field receive 30/40/50 true damage every second.
Ephemeral channels an immense amount of magic to slow the progression of time. The displacement in time heavily effect's those caught in the Warp Field, removing them from the world slightly, and tearing at their very existence in time.
Area turns lighter with a blue-ish/cyan hue with purple flares periodically appearing, moving from one location within the area to another and then fading out. Enemy heroes caught within also turn blue, as if they were slowed by Frostwolf's Skull.
