All enemies in between his starting position and his target ground within 150 units on both sides take a 1.5x/1.6x/1.7x/1.8x crit and a 10%/15%/20%/25% slow. The slow lasts for 2 seconds. You cannot dash over cliffs, if you select ground on the other side of a cliff, you will dash around. -During the night, Night hunter blinks to the targeted ground. Deals a 2.2x/2.2x/2.4x/2.5x crit, a 40%/45%/50%/55% slow,and a 0.01 second ministun in a 250 unit radius. All enemies in between his starting position and his target enemy within 200 units on both sides take a 1.8x/1.9x/2.0x/2.1x crit and a 25%/30%/35%/40% slow. The slow lasts for 4 seconds. -- Notes: This is a dash during the day and a blink by night. Obviously the blink is better. Though the targeting is basically the same (target ground takes max damage, all enemies between his starting spot and the target ground take smaller damage). The damage output is slightly increased and the slow is greatly increased at night. The role of this skill is to either... a)get in attacking range b)get in range to use your second skill c)initiate... He could do well at all 3 and he'd do even better at night. Though it is advised that you have him as the second person in on an initiation (or have him promptly followed up by someone like krakken, magmus, or tempest; Night Hunter's slow will make them an easier target for their ults).

Night Hunter's enchanted sword causes terror in the hearts of his foes when he slashes them, making him an even more deadly threat. Activation: [W] Target: Self Type: Magic Manacost: 75 Cooldown: 12 Seconds Cast Time: Instant Applies Hunter's Blade buff to self for 5/6/7/8 seconds. While Hunter's Blade buff is on Night Hunter, when he attacks an enemy, Crippling Fear Debuff is applied to the enemy. Crippling Fear Effects: Enemy afflicted has a 10%/20%/30%/40% chance to miss their auto attacks, is slowed by 4%/8%/12%/16% and silenced for 4 seconds. This effect does not stack on itself, hitting the target again will only refresh the debuff. -During the day, Hunter's Blade buff only lasts for 3 seconds. Crippling Fear applies a 10% miss chance and silence for 4 seconds. -- Notes: Hunter's Blade is a very deadly 1v1 skill. It silences to take out the casters, gives the target a miss debuff to mess with people who rely on auto attacks for damage, and slows to prevent escape. The miss debuff stacks with evasion making wingbow an excellent item on Night Hunter. Though carries may buy savage mace to counter the effects of the evasion/miss chance, it is not a viable option on many casters or tanks. Also the effect is greater and the duration is longer at night, making this another scary night time move.

Night Hunter's full powers appear at night. He uses his true form to tear through enemies. Passive 10%/15%/20%/25% movement speed boost, 10%/20%/30%/40% attack speed, 10%/12%/14%/16% lifesteal, and 100%/75%/50%/25% opacity at night. Opacity means he's harder to see to the human eye. He can still be targeted and attacked. At night, he is the lowest priority to attack in the AI autoattacking scripts. At night, his shadow is at 25% opacity and his health/mana bar and the effects of allied skills are invisible if he hasn't taken damage in the last 3 seconds. Lifesteal gained through this skill is not an orb effect. -During the day, he gains 5% lifesteal at all levels. Lifesteal gained through this skill is not an orb effect. No other effects from the skill are active during the day. -- Notes: This gives him 10% less move speed than Night Stalker (from DotA) and 30% less attack speed. In exchange I gave him lifesteal and opacity. To clarify, 50% opacity is 1/2 invisible, 25% opacity is 3/4ths invisible. So he gets harder and harder to see at night. Also if he has his ultimate, he gains additional opacity reduction at night. Once he is at 0% opacity (totally "clear"; clear as in see through), he will essentially be invisible (except for his shadow). However, he will not be revealed with a bound eye or if he attacks and he can be attacked while "clear". The health/mana bar will show if he takes damage, letting people track him down a bit better if he's fleeing. Also the effects of allied skills will be invisible if he hasn't been attacked recently making him a tad harder to spot. So if his health bar is showing, allied cast effects are shown as well. Watch out when it's night!

Night Hunter calls upon the powers of darkness causing the day to turn to night for a time. Passive Grants Night Hunter an additional 15%/20%/25% opacity during the night. Active Activation: [R] Target: Self Position Type: Magic Mana Cost: N/A Cooldown: 180/150/120 seconds Cast Time: Instant Level 1 - Turns day into night for 20 seconds. Level 2 - Turns day into night for 40 seconds. Level 3 - Turns day into night for 60 seconds. This skill pauses the current time, so if it's cast at night it prolongs it. Staff of the Master: Night Hunter will get unobstructed vision at night, meaning that trees and terrain will not block his vision. It extends the length of his ultimate by 10 seconds on all levels. In contrast to how Staff of the Master usually works with other heroes, this improvement has another effect than enhancing his ultimate (Midnight), and is active all the time as well during the night. -- Notes: I nerfed the ult time. It used to go 25/50/80 seconds, so I clipped 20 seconds off the last bit in exchange for additional opacity boost. I put 10 seconds back on SotM. The mana cost and cooldown stayed the same as Night Stalker (from DotA). Though the SotM effect was buffed from that of Night Stalker's. Night Stalker had more incentive to buy SotM because he was a STR hero and SotM gave good str which gave hp, regen and also damage to Night Stalker. Because SotM doesn't give damage to Night Hunter, the extra boost makes it more worth it. So this skill has glaringly obvious synergy with all his other skills as it makes him an instant bad @$$ and can change almost any situation. Vote on concepts, not numbers please!!! The target is also rendered immune to physical attacks. Visual: The target unit is consumed by a green ghostly gas with spirits flowing overhead. Cooldown: 13/11/9/7 seconds. Mana: 100 Range: 500 Notes: [*] This spell may be cast on yourself, an ally, or an enemy. [*] Increases the healing done by Soul Drain on a friendly target. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (1): Applies 'Sundered' to the target unit for 2 seconds. Skill Description: The Necromancer unleashes the most vile spell in his arsenal, turning the the light of Sol into a malicious energy that feeds on life. Heals of any sort damage the enemy. Mechanics: Stops health regeneration and causes all positive health gains to instead be dealt as magic damage. Visual: A giant spirit emanates from the Necromancer and envelops the target. If the target dies due to the effect of Atrocity the Necromancer's maniacal laugh will be heard throughout the battle field. Cooldown: 75/65/55 seconds. Mana: 125/175/225 Cast Range: 1000 Notes: [*] Healing caused by items will deal damage. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (1): 100% of all health gained by the target is converted into magic damage. A section of the ground becomes inflicted with acid that does very little damage if you are only on it for a short time but the longer you stand there the damage exponentially grows forcing you to get out of there! Places a growing debuff on you for each second you stand on there. For first 3 seconds does 1/2/3/4 magic damage per second then doubles for each second after. While you stop being damaged when you step off the burning ground you retain the debuff so when returning to the engulfed area the damage will continue ticking up from current debuff number. Lasts for 15 seconds (If you stood on it for only 10 seconds you would only take 1048 damage altogether, but should be almost a guaranteed kill if stood on for the full duration) Radius: 400 Range: 700 Cooldown: 45 Seconds Mana: 75/100/125/150

notes: Vector Queen summons a vector at a targeted position , and she can decide in which direction she put it. The Way plate is 250 range long , 75 range wide. Mana cost: 60 Maximum charges: 1/2/3/4 A charge regained every 6 seconds. If a hero moves on the way plate , it will be pushed in the direction 300 range long. If it's an enemy , it will be affected by a stacking 10% movement speed slow , and the arrow deals 50 magic damage to it. If target is an ally , it will be buffed with +5% stacking movement speed . The Way plate lasts for 5 seconds. Way plate does not affect creeps. A way plate causes only one time movement speed increase for an ally , or 10% movement speed slow it it's an enemy.

Note : Vector Queen may summon a defensive barricade of arrows around her , Dealing damage around her in a circle , and deflects single target spells and attacks for a few second. There's a 10/15/20/25 % chance to Vector Queen apply her self Barricaded to herself for 1 second , and deals 75/100/125/150 damage around herself in a 150 range radius circle. Barricaded effect : Causes single target's to be deflected (like nullstone) , and every auto attacks miss.

Her movements are too fast to be caught by mere eye. Throws a bola 700 units. If it comes into contact with and enemy unit it deals 75/125/175/225 magic damage and if they were facing away from the projectile it stuns them for 1.75 seconds. Mana cost 75/85/95/100, cool down 7 seconds. (you can poof to your bola if you are awesome)

Teleports to ally unit or enemy none hero unit dealing 60/90/120/150 damage in a 350 units radius of your start and end position. Range 900 units, mana cost 90, cool down 20/16/14/10.

Replaces your hero with a decoy illusion and gives you invisibility for .5/1/2/3 seconds. Cool down 5 seconds, mana cost 25. (Fades ult but with short invis and illusion time that is used like bubbles immune to disjoint stuff) (you can poof to your decoy as well)

Disarms target unit or tower for 6/7/8 seconds and deals 100/200/300 damage. Mana cost 100/150/200, range 200, cool down 60 seconds. (anti carry / pushing skill with a little nuke tossed in there) (you can tower dive with this skill by disarming the tower and beating the crap out of some one)

The Bombadier tosses a Molotov cocktail causing a fire at the target location. Enemies who walk into this area catch fire and take a DOT, while standing in the area will cause an additional DOT. Target 400 AOE on the ground bursts into flames. Enemy units that touch the AOE catch fire, giving them a DOT that stays on them. In addition, the AOE itself does a DOT to anybody who remains in it. The Bombadier tosses a sticky bomb onto target unit which will detonate in 10 seconds or whenever Bombadier chooses to detonate before that. The explosion does AOE damage to enemy units. Target unit (enemy or allied) - that unit has the Sticky Bomb applied to them. 10 seconds after casting the Sticky bomb will blow up causing AOE damage to enemy units. Upon casting, Bombardier temporarily gains the sub-skill Detonate. The Sticky Bomb can be blown up at any time before the 10 seconds is up by using Detonate. - While a unit has the Sticky Bomb on them the Bombardier and his allies gain vision of the target. (1) 100 damage in a 300 AOE (2) 150 damage in a 350 AOE (3) 225 damage in a 400 AOE (4) 275 damage in a 450 AOE Damage Type - Magic Range - 350 Duration - 10 seconds max or until detonated Mana cost - 90 / 100 / 110 / 120 Cooldown - 20 / 18 / 16 / 15 seconds

Using one of Electrician's abandoned inventions, the Bombadier gives an enemy unit a magnetic shock. The target gets a slowing aura around him and at higher levels has magnetic "pulses", quickly pulling the target's allies closer to him. Target enemy unit gets a magnetic shock, temporarily giving them a movement speed slow aura affecting his allies (not the target himself) and causing magnetic "Pulses" around the target. A "Pulse" sucks in the target's allied units (within 600 range) by 400 units initially or until they collide with the target. A Pulse moves affected units at max movespeed. A Pulse happens upon casting, and then at 2 second intervals afterwords at higher levels. The distance units are moved from the Pulses lowers from the first Pulse to the last - they get weaker each time during the lifetime of the debuff. (400 units first, then../ 350 / 300 ) (1) 25% movespeed slow aura (300 radius) to target's allies/ 1 Pulse (2) 30% movespeed slow aura (300 radius) to target's allies/ 1 Pulse (3) 35% movespeed slow aura (300 radius) to target's allies/ 2 Pulses (4) 40% movespeed slow aura (300 radius) to target's allies/ 3 Pulses *Again, the targeted unit does not suffer any effects himself , his allies do. The Bombadier calls his assistant Twitch to fly in on his hot air balloon and drop bombs over the area of Bombadier's location during cast time. Although it takes some time for Twitch to arrive! When cast, your assistant Twitch will fly over head 6 seconds later and drop bombs over in a line where you cast the spell. The line direction is based on what direction Bombardier was facing at the time of the cast - (the center of the line being his position, and the direction going through his front/back). 5 explosions occur along the line, from one side to the other in the space of 2.5 seconds. (1) 5 explosions each dealing 150 magic damage in a 400 AOE, spread out along a 1000 unit line. (2) 5 explosions each dealing 200 magic damage in a 400 AOE, spread out along a 1000 unit line. (3) 5 explosions each dealing 250 magic damage in a 400 AOE, spread out along a 1000 unit line. Total damaging area is a line 1000 units long and 400 units wide Takes 6 seconds for Air Strike to arrive. Damage Type - Magic Mana cost - 100 / 120 / 140 Duration - 2.5 seconds Cooldown - 60 seconds *If an enemy is standing still, the most they can get hit by is 3 explosions - which would equal 750 magic damage at level 3. Also, as soon as you cast this there will be a graphic on the ground (only visible to allies) showing exactly where the explosions will hit, along with a countdown showing how long before Twitch arrives. The purpose of this is to encourage your team to keep the enemy within the explosion area. Staff of the Master Upgrade - Air Strike's range becomes global, but you must target a unit (either Enemy or Ally). The target's position when the spell was cast becomes the target of the Air Strike.
